Updates, progress, and lack thereof

What attempts I have made at descriptions of Marsha’s illness have been small and scattered.  I have collected them here as a kind of epistolary narrative. This consists of mass email blasts, letters, updates to various doctors, and the occasional  venting personal outburst.
